To be listed in 2 categories alongside so many other incredible women, doing such important work was an emotional experience.

I have been fighting off sickness for weeks now, and on Thurs I decided that enough was enough and I needed to shift it. Its was about doing nothing & going nowhere.

Hammy has been by my side offering me:

💥Compression: deep pressure for sensory input.
💥Regulation: fostering safety, comfort & connection.
💥Accountability: making sure I rest & recover

We rescued Hamilton from the @dspcashelter in Oct 24 and we were OBSESSED!

Even after his rough start, he is so loving, friendly, loyal & adventurous.

I had never thought about what he would do for me, and I am feeling so grateful that he choose us ❤️

My diagnosis was the first step in the making of me!

I spent 2 years in coaching post diagnosis, after 10 years of therapy, understanding who I was & what I needed.

It changed EVERYTHING!

But the most important piece was that I stopped suffering and had time for way more fun 🥳

I know that unmasking is a privilege and can be really dependant on our circumstances & environment.

If there is anything at all, that you can let go of, or give yourself permission to stop doing because society says you should….I promise it will make a difference!
